1) Return Window & Eligibility
- Damaged/Defective/Wrong item: Tell us within 3 days of delivery.
- Change of mind: Only if specified on the product page; otherwise not eligible.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/accessories, and include proof of purchase (order ID/invoice).
2) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene/safety or value reasons, these are typically not returnable: perishable goods, health/personal-care items once opened, underwear/intimates, custom or engraved items, gift cards, digital downloads/activation codes, software/licenses.
3) How to Start a Return
- Email contact@rasbazar.comor call 01613449908 with your order ID, photos (if damaged/defective), and reason.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions/pickup address.
- Send the item back using the instructed method.

4) Return Shipping Costs
- If the error is ours (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover reasonable return shipping or arrange pickup.
- For discretionary returns (e.g., change of mind where allowed), you pay return shipping.
5) Inspection & Outcome
After we receive and inspect the item:
- Refund: Issued to the original payment method; processing typically takes 7–10 business days after approval.
- Exchange/Replacement: Subject to stock availability.
- Partial Deductions: We may deduct for missing parts, signs of use, or packaging damage.
6) Cancellations & Failed Delivery
- Cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unreachable recipient, we may deduct actual shipping/handling before refunding.
7) Consumer Rights
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under applicable Bangladeshi law.
8) Updates
We may update this policy from time to time; we’ll apply the version active when you requested the return unless law requires otherwise.
